Egg substitute that contains no eggs or animal products. It replaces egg whites as well as egg yolks in baking. Pack equal to approximately 100 eggs. Free of gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, egg, yeast, soy, nut, rice, and it’s low protein.

Mimics what eggs do in recipes, Greatly simplifies baking for people who cannot use eggs.

Cannot be used to replace eggs in dishes such as scrambled eggs.
